Experienced and novice cooks alike will appreciate this Retro Video on cooking terms.

I've been cooking for 30 years and heard terms on this video I've never heard before.

It takes about 10 minutes to watch the video but it's well worth the time spent.

Cooking Terms
For years, I had a horrible time making a flaky pie crust and found buying one to be an easy and quick alternative.

Recently though I watched this video and was able to make an outstanding crust for my pecan and apple pies. If you have 'pie crust issues' give this video recipe a try.
